Yes, recent Government reforms in aged care (home care packages and consumer directed care) and disability support (the NDIS) are intended to put consumers at the centre of the market, empowered with choice and control and individualised government funding. While provider organisations may hold and administer an individual’s funding, it is on the basis that they respond to, support and facilitate individual consumer choice in relation to both services and who provides those services.

Providers can support their clients in this process via an organisational login. For more information, or to request an organisation login, call [mobile number] or see our organisations page.
